At Serene we collect the personal information you provide us with when registering to use our App, responding to communication such as an email or participate in another App feature. Upon registration or placing an order, we may ask for your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number and credit card information. You have the option to view the Serene menu without having to log in, however you will need to register or log in to successfully place an order.

To personalise your App experience, allowing us to deliver the type of products you are most interested in, allowing us to respond to your customer service requests and process transactions.
To administer an offer, promotion or other App feature.
To send you emails with order confirmation and order updates.
